Kim’s journey to Central Florida began when she and her husband relocated to Orlando with their two amazing kids - big Disney fans who helped make the move feel like home right away. After falling in love with the Lake Nona area, what started as a new adventure quickly turned into a long-term commitment to the community and a passion for helping others do the same. With more than seven years of experience in real estate, Kim guides her clients with honesty, heart, and a true local’s perspective.
Outside of real estate, Kim is deeply invested in community connection and leadership. She serves as Chair Elect of the Lake Nona Regional Chamber of Commerce and leads a local run club that meets weekly to connect through movement, fresh air, and fun. Originally from Minnesota, she’s still a loyal Vikings fan and brings that same team-first spirit into every relationship she builds.
